FLAGSTAFF: Restorative Hammock Sound Healing+ Cacao Circle in Flagstaff, AZ

Join us at this special Flagstaff Event to regulate the nervous system and promote deep physical and mental restoration. This session combines the benefits of traditional group connection with the immersive relaxation of aerial sound therapy.

• The Opening Circle: A heart-centered cacao ceremony (homemade cacao, local honey, cinnamon and rose petals) integrated with intention setting and intuitive gemstone selection to focus the mind.

• Aerial Rest: Individual hammocks provided to facilitate "zero-gravity" relaxation, reducing pressure on the spine and nervous system.

• Vibrational Therapy: A structured 7-chakra sound bath using singing bowls and tuning forks to promote cellular-level relaxation and energetic alignment. A special addition to this event will be a reiki healing option/offering by Noelle.

• Integrated Wellness: The use of gemstone masks and guided meditation to deepen the meditative state.
