Join certified yoga instructor Marina for a nourishing, all-levels sunrise practice designed to envigorate and bring grounding energy to the start of your day. Becky of BEX Wellness will offer a beautiful sound healing at the end of class, leaving you feeling entirely peaceful and harmonized. Beginners are welcome—bring your mat and an open heart!
