Join us as we start the day out with purposeful movement in this invigorating sunrise pilates flow. With focus on strength, movement, core and community, the goal is simple: to help you move better, feel stronger, and leave class feeling proud of yourself!

Ahlora is a Mama of two who believes fitness should feel fun, welcoming, and somethings you can actually look forward to. She teaches group fitness around the Valley at local events and through her studio, SOL MVMNT.

 Beginners are welcome—bring your mat and a water bottle! (contact us if you will need a mat provided)
