Service Description

REIKI HEALING- An energy balancing and healing practice that utilizes your life-force energy to promote well-being promoting physical and emotional health benefits, including better sleep, improved mood, and pain relief. SOUND HEALING- An ancient wellness practice for healing, relaxation, and self-care. A sound healing session involves closing our eyes, and focusing on sounds made by singing bowls + tuning forks. As the bowls vibrate the air, your body receives the vibration via the receptors on your skin. Sound therapy can help to provide healing and balancing of your body systems. This is happening inside your body on a sonic level. TUNING FORKS (in person)- These tuning forks are calibrated to the hz of each chakra and are placed on each area to balance the engery center before we begin the sound bath. INFERRED HEAT- The mat produces far infrared heat, which penetrate 6-8 inches (15-20 cm) deep into the tissues. Infrared heat has many potential health benefits, including improved circulation, pain relief, and relaxation. It can also help with detoxification, weight loss, and better sleep and much more. GEMSTONES (in person) - These help amplify the energy movement and healing, as well as produce negative ions when heated. Negative ions help to produce feelings of wellbeing and such significantly help reduce feelings of anxiety, stress and mental pain. RED LIGHT THERAPY (in person) - Improves skin, relaxation and sleep. MAGNETIC PULL (in person)- Quadrupolar static disk magnets with four quadrants alternating south and north pole magnetic fields. The highest N50M grade rare-earth magnets naturally generate permanent multipole magnetism. What is included? -We will begin with a short 15 min. focus session where we will intuitively choose from the gemstone oracle deck that I created for self selfwork. -We will utilize my specialized essential oil bottle rollers and gemstones to be used during your session. -The session begins with our reiki healing to help balance, heal, and relax the energy body. - We then will move on to utilize specialized chakra balancing tuning forks, focused on attuning each chakra. -We will then move on to our sound healing session. This modality is done on our specialize red light gemstone mat. -We use gemstones for specific chakras placed on you to help amplify the practice. (Custom made matching gemstone pendant necklaces and gemstone roller bottles will also be made available for an extra cost)
