Service Description

Our best pricing option is to sign up for a 3 month plan or session package. Click on the tab at the top of the screen to purchase a plan or package, then come back here and book your session. We will begin with a short 5 min. focus session, and then move on to our wellness session. We will make a list of goals/intentions to work on over a certain period of time. All notes will be taken and emailed/texted to you within 24 hours of your session if so desired. The total session will last about 60 min. We will focus on whatever appears at the surface that you are ready to process and move through, with an emphasis on anything you specifically ask to focus on as well.
